TSH 0.01 - Need treatment?

Thyroid issue
Suddenly I got diagnosed with hypothyroid.
My t3 and t4 is normal tsh is 26.
Dr. Prescribed me with thyronorm 50mcg for lyftym with antitpo test.
I got delivered my baby 18months back.Can someone help should I start my medicines or thyroid will settle by itself as its medicines is lifelong,m not willing to start its medicines .

My Mother take thronorm 25mcg tab for about 6 to 7 months, yesterday she diagnosed her thyroid profil test through Dr lal path , the report is:- T3 0.99, T4 9.00 & TSH 6.14.
Is she needs to increase dose ? Now she is taking thronorm 25mcg ..!
