My age is 25 and weight is 76kg my fasting blood sugar level is 105mg/dl and random test after eating is 123 mg/dl i am quite worry about it plz help it out

My father is diabetic  and blood pressure patient and is on metaformin and pinom 10 but he doesn't have high BP sometimes it fluctuate i have seen metaformin can damage you in long run he is taking cholesterol tablets with it can anybody suggest good multivitamins for my father

My TSH is 5.634 T3, T4 levels are fine Anti TG antibodies is 6.92 Anti TPO is 217.92 Pls suggest if there is a worry of Grave's disease or Hashimotos. Can you please help me to know PP sugar test exact time, as it is said that it should be after 2 hours of meal, when I checked sugar level at exact 2 hours after meal it was quite high, but when i checked again at 2 hours 15 mins it was normal. Can you please let me know what is the exact interval , is it at exact 2 hours, or 10 to 20 mins post 2 hours?

I feel very low every time when I'm checking my sugar after meal 1:30 hours my sugar level is 75 it's normal
