My HBA1C value is 6.6% with fasting glucose level 107. I have ate sweets a lot last 3-5 months. I am obese, but never thought of being diabetic. My physician said we will check once again after 3 months as my fasting glucose level is pre-diabetic. Is there anything I need to worry about?

I have been suffering from knee pain since 3 months.I am diabetec and my sugar has been raised a bit.I took medicine twice to control the sugar level.Initially i was told by doctor the pain is due to the increased sugar level.But after taking medicines also My knee pain is not going away.Its difficult more when i walk on the staircase.Even its painful on my foot.Please suggest me how to get away from this.
