Fasting sugar
Hi recently I checked my fasting sugar level it was 175 i got worried and started gym training very next day..i controlled my diet also along with it and in one month I lost around 4 kgs with exercise and disciplined diet. Now my fasting sugar level is remaining between 140 to 150..i don't want to start taking medicine..are there any chances if i continue my exercise and diet can I bring my sugar level in normal range?

Hi., I can understand your concern. You can use very mild dose like metformin 250mg once or twice a day after food. Can do simultaneous exercise. We can stop the dose once the sugar levels are getting down.
