Hello doc! Could you plz suggest diet chart for 52 age male diabetic patient sugar levels before fasting 160 in between

Fasting sugar is 133 and pp is 160 can i want to take metformin? i had taken it for 5 years but now discontinued from last month because of h. Pilory infection and gastrisis and currently having acidity, bloating problems

1 Year back I was diagnosed with Primary Hypothyroidism with TSH 15 & TPO(anti thyroid peroxidase Antibodies= 28) was Negative... Dr Gave me LT 75 I took it regularly & also did Thyroid test after regular intervals & my TSH decreased after every month now Yesterday I did Thyroid Test after 25 hours of taking medicine & my TSH is 0.60 ... Shoud I continue with same dose or decrease it... Please guide

Today morning my mother was feeling dizzy while laying on bed she felt like the whole room was spinning whenever she felt like that she was shouting loud in panic later she vomited in the hospital they checked her diabetes it was 230 blood pressure was normal she suffers from type 2 diabetes and blood pressure is controlled by meds she is currently admitted in the hospital don't know why this happened is this something serious or will it happen again I'm just worried don't know what is happening to her
