My mother diagnosed diabetes 7 years ago. She's taking Gliclazide80&metformin500 in the morning and night, METFORMIN-500MG + TENELIGLIPTIN-20MG afternoon. Age 54, weight 53, height 4.8. Fasting Blood sugar 136, Post meal 156. Is it bad to take that tablets with that high dosage. Is good to stop one of those tablets.

My mother HBA1C 8.0 after it we start Gepride M3 1 tablet after afternoon lunch and tinigliptin 20mg after night dinner. Now recent report of HNA1C is down to 7.5 but some times afternoon sugar comes average 200. This medicine is ok or something add in this combination.. please guide me...

Hi, My mother was taking gemer 2 in the morning and teniva M in the night after food. Also, she took care of her diet properly. From last 5 days, she did n't take teniva M as dietician asked to stop using this as blood sugar was in control. She took gemer M2 only in the morning. Now these days, her fasting sugar level is less than 110. So, should she stop teniva M permanently or does she still need to take teniva M? Kindly advice.

Hello Dr, my husband is diabetic patient before and now is not under any medication, but the readings today was 148 fasting and 174 after breakfast and hba1c was 5.1 before 15days. And three months before fasting and post were around same but hba1c shows 5.1. Plz clarify what should be considered?

I have been diagnosed with diabetes type 2 last year with HBA1C 7.5% now it is 5.6%. but I have been experiencing cold burning sensation on my right leg. It worsen during cold temperatures like -35 degree Celsius during my time in Northern Europe. Wearing long tight trousers giving more discomfort. During my visit in India, a doctor here told me it was due to excessive cold and less blood circulation and prescribed me several vitamin and calcium tablets. I continued it for 3 months. It reduces a bit but sensation is still there during the hot weather of India. Please advise what to do
