My doctor has asked me to reduce weight to reverse diabetes  without medication my concern is whether I should completely cut off sweets chocolates for life or can I have it occasionally ?

My mom age 62yrs has taken istamet 50/500 mg two tablets at a time instead of one. Pls help me what to do

Hello doc My dad is suffering from HTN,Type 2 Dm,and unstable angina. Recently he got his HBA1c levels checked,and it was 9.1 So the doctor changed the tablets and gave the tablet of which I am attaching the photo. After starting these medications,after1 to 2 days my dad was hypotension with 90/50.later his ecg was checked,showed normal. What might be the cause of this hypotension?Should we go for angiography checkup once again for safety??

Hi When I was diagnosed with sugar my HBA1C was around 13. With metformin 850 mg in the morning and evening after food and vilcure 50 before food in the morning and evening, my levels have come down to 7. Can I take metformin 500 mg now and stop taking vilcure. Kindly advise. Thanks
