My doctor prescribed glimepride 1 mg+ metformin 500mg Sr+ pioglitazone 15mg, earlier he prescribed me pioglitazone 15mg along with metformin 500mg sr, by observing third medication i feel frequent urine sensation like drop by drop but couldn't get proper urine all the day, so can I continue pioglitazone or should I take only glimepride and metformin combination with above mentioned dosage.. why it happened. Im using insugen 30/70 100iu insulin twice a day with 25 units, and this tablet only in the afternoon.. as prescribed.

I have been suffering from diabetes from a long time. I have taken lots of medication but still it is not in control. Without breakfast, the sugar level is 250 and after breakfast it goes to 380. Can you suggest what should I do.

Best substitute medicine for pioglitazone 15mg.. with same efficacy and low side effects.. I'm using pioglitazone 15 combination with glimepride and metformin but when I use this combination I'm getting urination frequently as drop by drop when I drop pioglitazone and continue glimepride and metformin 500mg i don't feel that sensation. I have been suffering with grave hyperthyroid and Atrial Fibrillation for 2 years and 3 months. I started with 45 mg of neomarcazole per day when at the beginning when my tsh was 0.0015. For last 4 months my all 3 - (tsh, t3, t4) are in normal range. I have been taking Neomarmarzole 10 mg/day since 28 November 2022. I got total thyroid profile test yesterday from Tata 1 mg lab yesterday. My TSH is 2.491 My T3 is 0.94 My T4 is 7.0 Question 1: I heard that grave hyperthyroid is cured in 2 years in 40 percent cases. Am i cured now as my all 3 are in normal range for last 4 months with 10 mg nmz. Question 2:. Can I reduce the dose to 5mg nmz/day or 7.5 mg/day? Will my thyroid remain in normal range? Question 3: Is there any test to check whether thyroid is cured or not? Please answer all 3 questions? I am feeling fine with no symptoms of thyroid.
