Hello doctor i want to know that my last test result was ,HbA1c 5.7( may 27,2023 )
It means I am pre diabetic
It can cure permanently or not ? what should I do for non diabetic ?
Currently my weight is 60
My height is 5.4

Hi., I can understand your concern.
Check for FBS and PPBS too.
Plan for regular exercise and walking
Proper diet
Avoid processed foods
Avoid salt and sugar rich items like soda
Proper sleep
