Very high suger
My wife is having very high sugar level, 289 -fasting and 396- after food. she is under treatment from last 1 month and
taking insulin 18 st in mrng and 12 at night but no result is coming. suger level is not coming down. rather she is now suffering from high pain in brain body and easily get tired. please guide me soon.

Looks like she is type 1 DM. These patients are difficult to treat. Kindly provide her complete sugar chart along with insulin doses.
