My HBA1C came as 5.4. Avg blood glucose 109. How is this reading?? I am battling anxiety since 1 year, can that increase sugar level?? How to decrease it??

Yes stress increases the sugar values. But hba1c is in nondiabetic range. So need not worry. Start healthy lifestyle, decrease anxiety and do regular exercise

Do not worry, start on lifestyle modification, low carbohydrate and adequate protein and fat diet, Do meditation and stress releasing activity. Repeat Fbs and Ppbs after one month. For more details consult on Practo.
