Age: 24 Height, 5.8 Weight : 85 kg I just checked my fasting blood sugar today after 12 hour of fasting is 105 And after 2 hour of breakfast blood sugar is 130 Does this mean i diebetic

My father age is 72 he is on zoryl m2 on morning and voglibose 0.3 at night along with telsig 80 h for BP but from some day I am noticing that his fasting is around 118 and after food is above 260 ,pls tell me for his age good medicine.

While searching on net found out there are many other brands of this medication with 50-60% less price like,        Gliptagreat M by Mankind Pharma.        Torglip M by torrent Pharma.        Zavamet by Intas pharma. and there is more. Is it okay if I change to these brands instead of Novartis?? Novartis is an international brand. but is it affect quality of medicine?
