Pre diabetes query
Hi doctor,
6 months back my HBA1C was 6.0 so my doctor said i am pre diabetic, and today when I tested it's 5.3.
Does that mean i am non diabetic now and can consume all fruits including coconut water without worry? Or this reversal could be temporary?
