Fasting sugar level was 93 and Random test of sugar was 153 ( checked post 1.5 hours of having lunch) Is this reading a matter of concern.

The taste has changed completely & there is some good smell coming from the tablets. I ordered from other pharmacy online & I got same manufacturer date with same taste & smell.
