Today I went for test sugar fasting level . In government hospital my fasting level is 125 . Is it okkk ya any serious promble

You wont me able to say much with one reading, which depends upon a lot of factors, like when you had dinner, what you had for dinner, how much rest you got or did not get, etc.
Test your sugar in fasting state and post lunch for 3 to 4 days and also go in for a HbA1c test.

Fasting between 100-125 is Pre-Diabetic and 126 or above is diabetic.
You definitely need lifestyle and diet modification.
To confirm diagnosis and plan further management needs Repeat test of Fasting glucose , post prandial Glucose and Hba1c level along with family history and other details.
