Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Suffering for last 2 years. He consulted ENT, Neuro, Ortho. But no positive result. Presently consulting and having homeopathy medicines.

Actually the problem is I am feeling that something is stuck in my food pipe and it may be because of that meat I ate last night.

White bluster comes.. Very annoying and disappears on own and comes back after few days. I have cobodex now says

Undergone three surgery in last 7months. After first time surgery infection occur and second time also infection occur in nose Then consulted with other doctor fixed some problem. But still having having pain.After three sinus surgery my mother stills having pain in nose? So please help me to know How to cure pain in her nose and fix this problem permanently?
