Three us infections in throat may b tonsles and high fever arisin in evening from past one day what can i do

I have sputum in trachea from 10 days. Full disturbances while speaking. Getting more sputum after brushing to spit. Please help me.

Having trouble in maintaining clean throat. I get sore throat due to drinking cold water and that causes running nose and pain in throat.

Hi I went to a dentist and cleaning is done which I thought is major cause for bad breath. After performing cleaning foul smell from my mouth is coming again I don't know what to do now.Please suggest me a way so that I can get out of this.Actually I brush two times a day I will clean my tounge and I am also using mouth wash.Otherwise what food I should avoid for now.
