Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, Over past few years I have developed the habit of snoring while sleeping. Till date the volume has increased to a level that it is causing hinderance to people sleeping in the next room as well. Please advise something to eradicate it completely.

I am suffering from severe irritation in the nose and continuous sneezing , if I take medication it stops for time being , usually aggravates at night , sometimes accompanied by headache , please suggest some medication for long term relief ??

My left ear pus draining some times since 10 years I consulted some doctors they said a hole in ear drum it will leads to drain but is it harmful for hearing loss and anything happened to brain or head

When my daughter screams, laughs and cries a lump appears right side of throat. May I know what was the reasons. PFA of picture. Is it normal or something wrong?

Suffering with a cyst at the back side of right ear on the neck from 4 years, at present i am suffering it was 6th time,suffering with full of pain, at once surgery have been done but still it was coming, after surgery it came 2 times. Is there any permanent treatment?

I have been taking 1 zyrtec tablet at night since last 14 years due to allergy. Also i sm using nasal spray buddannese since last 14 years at night only due to blockage of nose. Are there any side effects of this tablet or nasal spray if i continue using it. If i dont use this tablet or nasal spray one day , the next day i feel itching on my cheeks and itching in throat.

I wake up every morning with a running nose and a cold. I also am very sensitive to temperature change. I have been suffering with this for a long time. Please assist.
