Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have an inflammation on my larynx part of my throat. Doctor diagonised it as "AUGMENTED CONGESTION PRESENT" by doing laryngoscopy. I have been on medication for d past 4.5 months. First 4 months; alopathy and now Homeopathy for 2 weeks. The pain was worse at earlier but now very very less; but still there. Also; I have a pain in ear. My ear crackles when swallowing or yawning. It hurts a lot. Kindly tell me the appropriate diet and lifestyle changes. and Ehat should I do? Thanks.

Suddenly today morning I noticed that my neck's right side Sternal head has swollen.. I have no idea on what could be the reason..If I give pressure to that swollen area, its paining a lot.. please help me and suggest me the solution..

Everytime i swallow saliva i feel a little skip or some kind of disturbance on the left side of my throat, it only happens on the left side, it doesn't happen everytime but about 90% of the times it used to never happen earlier it has started recently for about 1 month
