Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a preauricular sinus pit in my right ear.There was not severe issue persist from last 30 years but last month the abscess in getting worst and at last i have to go through I&D process by doctor.But i need to have permanent solution of this infection.Should i go for surgical procedure or have some other option.What are the complications of surgery.Is it successful? Whom i should consult in patna for best result of surgery?

I am having dry cough from more than 2 weeks now. I have taken 2-3 types of cough syrups like Zedex. The cough was better for couple of days in between but it is still there. I dont have pain in my throat but the cough and congestion makes it difficult to even speak sometimes.

I feel some blokage in my right ear and severe niddle point pain on right hand side of my head. I consulted an ENT doc to get an proper diagnose. I was expecting him to use some visual aid like endography to see/show whats the blockage in my ear. But he just listened to my problem for 2 mins then checked my ear physically only with naked eyes and a magnifying glass and suggested to insert a one inch long rolled up cotton in my ear at night while sleeping. I'am not satisfied with his diagnosis nor feel it was professional. Pl help me. My left ear feels all well and my left head too doesnt pain, but my right ear feels as if there is a blockage of some sort also my right half of head pains too. Prescription of neurologist and entologist I consulted are attached herewith for your kind consideration.

I always have noisy in weather its summer or winter & cannot smell anything food I eat any kind of food I eat

I have big Eardrum perforation on right ear. Doctor says calcium layer formed after Eardrum. What are the complexity in Eardrum surgery? I already had Eardrum surgery on left ear. Will surgery help in recovery of hearing loss?

My nose is shape is broad and I've already gone through a nose surgery for the removal of an enlarged bone around 8-10 yrs back. Also i believe i have sinus because i'm allergic to dust and smoke and i suffer from cold 'round the year. Is rhinoplasty the solution to the shape of my problem? I mean am I fit enough to go for it? Or are there any other alternatives, 'cause honestly I'm scared to go under the knife, that too again!!
