Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello dr. I am suffering from severe nose blockage and acute pain on frontal side of face ( forehead & area around nose) I have never went for any treatment prior to this but this year things have gone way too bad. My dad had SINUSITIS problem and had undergone for surgeries . I want to get rid if this once and for all but only by homeopathy / Ayurveda .

When someone speaks loud or some noise is there my left ear sounds like crushing a polythene inside it. It is more sensitive to sounds like "a baby crying" or "the nose from a tv"

She is diabetic and has having cold and cough. Could you please advise which cough syrup is safe for a diabetic patient, and the prescription as well.

I get allergic every morning. ..continuous Sneezing for few minutes. .and every day running nose...and I have wound in my nose..does not heal even after putting ointment

I have greasy scalp and thin fine hair. My hair grow long enough and rarely get any split ends but I want them to be a bit thicker. Please advice what food and how to better take care of them to make them thicker

My one side of node is always blocked.sugery was done in AIiMS 7-8 years back.i feel it is 70% cured(sneezing,allergy cured) but the breathing issue still remains.

I am feeling some liquids fluid in left ear from past 2 days and also feeling some bit pain with an interval of time. Is it an serious issue. Or just its due to water.
