Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi...sir...i hv small tumor in my nose...its visible to me...im seeing this in my chilhood onwards...is this creat any prblm

My throat is hurting since a couple days. No pain on swallowing but hurts a bit to talk. Dry cough since 5 days. What should I do next?

Dear Doctor, I feel, i had good sleep in the night, but after i get up and go to office, i feel tired, lazy, sleepy and restless. and will be interested to talk to anybody. Pls help me. I will-have 7 to 7.5hrs sleep and then go for walk for half n hour, even then i am facing this problem, I feel sleepy always may be in the morning or in the after noon. It has become very difficult to attend meetings as feel very sleepy.
