Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

This is what my report says for usg scan of the neck " a large left upper deep cervical solid cystic well circumscribed nodule of 5.5 into 3 into 4.5 CM is noted, along the posterior aspect of left carotid sheat, splaying the left carotid artery and internal jugular vein. It is mildly on Doppler interrogation. The neck vessels otherwise appear normal. No focal solid cystic lesson no significant cervical lymphadenopathy. Impression large left neck mass as described-s/o vagus nerve schwannoma" please suggest and this swelling near my neck is not painful. thanks

His nose seems chocked or not clear, and he use to complain during night that it is closed. He always inhale instead of extracting outside the nose. Since he was 2yrs old he feels uncomfortable during bath when water pour on his face, as he keep on inhaling. We want help for his nose reset he seems always fine.

Sir,I'm getting buzzing sound and little ear pressure near left ear,I went to doctor she checked my ears and nose by tests,she said that I'm having adenoids in nose and told me to use prescribed medications but no use Actually a child in our house has the habit of touching ears,at one day he came and dragged my left ear hardly and I heard some sound in the ear and i got terrible pain for 10 minutes,can this be a problem? Please suggest me solution
