Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have previously diagonsed with sore throat last year during the same season. I have been having the problem again. I have taken cefixime 200mg bd, citirizine od, pcm, b-complex tablet for last 4 days.now i dont have fever n bodyache. Still my throat is paining. What should i do?

I'm a nursing mother and I'm feeling my throat is infected . I'm also feeling a bit cold.. How could I help myself without affecting my baby
