Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been having severe dust allergy since evening with red and watery eyes and continuous sneezing and headache. At one point I couldn't take it and took 3 avil tablets and its been 4 hours since and i have got terrible drowsiness and sweating. I want to know is everything alright with me as it is too late to visit a doctor now. And just for information i'm also on my periods.

I have a habit of snoring for the past 2 years. And i have recently started homeopathy treatment for it. So i wanted to ask if i can take alcohol and smoke during the course of my treatment (in moderate amounts occasionally of course)

Had tbi due to car accident in July 2014 ,, now the voice is not so clear as before the accidentttt

Is it advisable to use inhaler for cold , heard Vicks inhalers has been banned in other countries.Does inhaler usage initiates sinus ??

Jodhpur doctor says my ear nerve is weak.. but their is no remedy and he also said after 1 to 2 years.. your sound in ear is habitual.. but right now.. it's a big problem for me.. is there any solution for tinnitus ? I am suffering from runny nose, severe frequent sneezing with extreme force, blocked nose, watery eyes... My dad is sufficient from nose bleeding for last 1year.we have consulted with several ent specialist they all have suggested that the divider of the nose is not straight hence we have done the septoplasty surgery under Dr dipankar datta at Belleville veu clinique but after the surgery again blood is coming out from the nose and it is happening frequently now. Dr. Dipankar told us that there is no problem in nasal area as he has checked while operating. Now he is suggesting that it can happen if the patient is having hypertension. My dad is taking medicine for hypertension for last 10yrs. Now I am bit confused need ur suggestion urgently

I can't listen properly and i heard sometimes but i can not understand words in both ears but left ear is more weak than right ear
