Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

He used to breathe through mouth. Snoring during sleep and sweat on face and hair. He is also lean and thin

It is not swallen when i touch i feel that it is bit of extent of the part .it is paining before but from tomorrow it feels nothing but just concern about little bit of gland extent .without touching i feel nothing but when i touch a little part has extent i feel i cant even see any thing under my left ear but feel while touching.

In low compressed area like elevators or quite room, I feel a buzz or feel thump in my ear. They also get blocked in closed rooms like in dubbing studios. What could be the reason?

Hi, when I stay silent, i hear a mild ringing in my ears. Is it common or is it hearing loss? I used to have headphones on, often at low to medium volume. On going through the Internet i found that this condition is known as tinnitus, is there any treatment for it? Or should i just ignore it and it will heal with time? Please help.

I had got some problem in my throat 15 days before, at a night i got acidity, thro at problem both. I vomit that acid where i saw some blood so i was afraid, i had got my doctor consulted and he suggest me 'allegra' and 'zaithrin' along with gargle of 'betadin' for 6 days. Pale yellow sputum is coming sometime with light blood and sometime with heavy blood... Sometime i found the blood in nose too... All tests are done but still nothing has been diagnosed... Proper antibiotics are running but every early morning mucus with mix up of blood are there and after that whole day no issues... This bloody mucus is coming only in morning... Not able to understand this is a problem related to ent or plumonary. Few doctors are saying it's a sinus infection or other are saying it's a tonsil in throat...But I found fresh blood in nose too than don't understand what is a exact problem... Looking for solution and advise..
