Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I m sufring frm tinnitus since 3 years nosasal jam prob went to bhu but did not found effective solution kindly suggest me best doctor

Almost every 2-3 days some stones come out of my mouth. I read about it on Google it says it is tonsil stones. It is very irritating and feels like something is stuck in my throat. Can you please suggest me what to do? Is it harmful? Today I observed some hole in my tonsils as well, as if these stones have made space. I would also mention that I smoke cigarettes. Can you help me this?

I doctor, I'm having buzzing sound in my years from 4 weeks, I have got my ears cleaned by a doctor , but still I have the same issue. Please let me know what to do? I'm afraid if I'll get deaf if ignore this. :(

Hello Doctor, I am 25 yrs old, when I inserting a finger in my left nose hole, I'm seeing blood on my finger, when cleaning nose that time also blood coming with wax, means wax colour also red , it's only happening with left hole of nose, right one good, but no injuries there inside nose, and no pain also inside nose, if I press also I didn't get any pain, so from where this blood is coming, is it from brain ? Its been more than a month, i am having cough cold and nose block, had lots of medicines from general physicial during this period but it is not helping. Due to bose block, cough and cold I am not able to sleep as it happens majorily at night and early morning. I feel tired everyday because of it and feel disturbed from my work life.
