Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I've been having homeopathy medicines for wheezing. The wheeze has reduced. But, I have constant nose blocks. Its there throughout the day.

I've been sufferring from cough since almost an year now. I've tried homeopath as well. Its mild cough but is persistent, not going away at all

Facing problem yellow discharge last one weak and hearing pulses sound in ear continuously.please help me
