I have speech problem. I couldn't speak well. I stutter when talks and word starts with R, L unable to speak well ( if I speak ram then it's comes out as gam or my name is rohit so sometimes it's comes as gohit. Plz tell me appropriate solution on it

Hello Doctor, From past 3 days I have enlarged tonsils, which are painful and giving me troubles in swallowing food. I have been doing regular Gargills with Salt Water, but no relief. Yesterday night, I noticed I have white spots all over my tonsils, both of them. I am in a mode of shock because I have never seen anything like that. Please help and suggest me my condition. Sir, i am having some light piles problem since two years, and whenever I am having party I eat chicken, mutton even some cigarettes also not regularly then morning time I experience some blood in my stool, this week I am taking drinks and chicken regularly but no cigarettes, today morning I saw some blood while toung cleaning previously some red spot I found but I ignored .
