Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi doctor my problem is a sound in my ear. I hear light tapping sound in my ear whenever anyone talks or when I hear music. This has been happening for a year now. I have NO pain in the ear. And ear wax is more liquidy and not solid or semi solid. please advice

There is pain in throat.it seems something is stuck in throat... The pain is not frequent....... .....

When my surroundings go quite especially at night while goin to bed, i hear a continuous ringing noise inside my ears. Can u tell me the cause and remedy for this?

My spouse has T3 1.04 nmol/l, T4 80.11 nmol/ l, TSH 6.19 uUl/ml . She is presently on Thyrox-25 (half tablet/day). Please advise on further course of medication.

I had tracheostomy on 8th of Oct and now doctor have adviced me to speak as much as I can so that my vocal cords which are not mobile at this stage, starts moving. Now my question: is there any specific therapy for this or I can randomly start talking by closing the tracheostomy tube. As of now my voice is low and only people sitting near to me can hear.

Steloid process reported elongated styloid process, while searching on internet it seems to point to Eagle Syndrome, below are symptoms which my wife is showing a) Difficulty in swallowing saliva b) Ear Pain which moves to head ache c) Presence of foreign object in throat Consulted ENT in Kokilaben Hospital but none of them are able to identify cause and help out

It's 4 am in morning and he is still coughing its since last 6 days full night he is coughing and I can see it's not normal.We have done everything 1. Taken antibiotic & dry cough syrup Cipla Rexcof DX 2. Done gargles 3. Made a kadha of ginger black pepper with honey. 4.Consulted doctor taken her antibiotics and medicines Nothing is making his coughing normal we have not slept since theses 6 nights as at night his coughing increases tremendously.
