Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I always get heavy and continuous cold irrespective of the season, will like to know what should I avoid on the food? e.g. fruits, curd etc.?

Sir how to my nose shape there is alternative methods for my nose re shaped with out surgery plsss expain

Weekly sunday i take alcohol after drinking three days i lose my smell sense and also i lose my food taswte also.

I am 28 yrs female, with a history of migraine since 10 yrs. Earlier I had taken prophylaxis bt now I am just taking pcm sos , usually get 3 to 4 attacks in a month. On severe days, I need to take inj diclofenac. Since 4 days I am having unilateral left earache, mostly in front of tragus and surrounding external ear. There is heaviness in ear. Relieves on taking pcm but it is getting increased locally. Now I m having pain in temporal areas n mastoid area, left jaw n tooth. Sometimes it leads to whole headache. I am confused if it's because of migraine or cold I had a history of cold n cough last week. Ent doc told me that it is nt related to ear. Is it neuralgia. Or because of cold. Pls suggest. Right now I hv been told to take gabapen n p.cm. Please suggest.

When i bend ,few water drops come from my right nose [3-5 drops normally] in 15 to 20 days time period.

I heard sound from my ear from the past two months doctor priscrpied me some medicine but all in vain please tell me what to do

I suffered from a sudden sensoneural hearing loss 6 months back, luckily my hearing came back to normal but the tinnitus is in both the ears Will my tinnitus go after some days or remain with me life long ? I can hear the sound as some signals in the brain.

I am having cough from last 2 months and a little bit pain in my throat from 2 days. Please suggest me something.

I have heaviness in my left ear and vibration or sensation in my head. When ever i go in any room or if i am in office i feel sensation or vibration in my head continuously. But if i am outside the home or office then i almost feel ok. I am facing this problem from last feb also i have allergy and sinus problem in my nose and after every two or three months i get cold issue. Please advise.
