Hi, I am on Thyroxin sodium Tab - 50mcg ( Thyronorm) for the last 10 yrs. My thyroid is under control but have been dealing with lot of side effects due to this medicine i.e. severe hair fall, dry & itchy skin and constant tired eyes ( i have power of 2.5). Recently my eyes have become very sensitive and i cannot open my eyes in the sun. pls advise : 1. should i stop taking this medicine? 2. Or should i go for some other brand with less side effects? ( if yes, pls suggest which) 3. Or should I reduce the dose? thanks

I have been diagnosed with sinusitis in the past. Due to the recent raise in pollution level, I am having an attack of the same. Symptoms include stuffed nose, headache, constant feeling of pressure on face and light fever. I haven't been able to sleep since 15 days. I am taking steam twice everyday with karvol capsule. I took allergy medicines for two days but saw no improvement. The situation is worsening day by day. Due to exams, I am unable to see a doctor. Please recommend medicines/home remedies. And yes, some people have suggested to see a homeopathic doctor. Which is better, the allopathic or homeopathic way?

Hello doctors, I have been diagnosed with chronic rhino sinusitis some years ago and I still have the problem no matter how many antibiotics I take. And I have bad breath too with 24x7 post nasal drip. I remember the foul breath going off only after I take broad spectrum antibiotics like Metron or Clinda but comes back within a week each time.
