I have coughed blood when i tried tohard
I have coughed blood last night when i tried too hard. It more solid like a mass and not liquid . Had the issue twice . No current problem of fever or cold . I have been a smoker.

You need urgent medical examination. Sputum need to be examined for AFB, X ray chest is also required. Since you have been a smoker, cancer also needs to be ruled out.
It will be better if you consult your family physician for better understanding of the disease and treatment.
