Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Mam i have speaking problem from last few years but it has been increased in last few months.i can speak properly but in some of the situation (sometimes when i am not confident enough) i am not able to utter words properly.this condition is faced by me frequently when i am in front of strangers ...

There is a pimple inside my ear which is increasing and it's painful when I touch outer part of ear. Suggest what should I do.

I feel sharp pain just above the eyebrow and between the eyebrow while travelling by plane. it starts just half and hour before landing. since I am into travelling job, this sharp pain happens and its a unbearable. also upper nostril side also pain happens. don't know why this happens as at that time it feels I should dive from the window.

But otherwise the way he coughs sounds very dangerous and continuous coughing which is worrying us a lot. So we are thinking to try out homeopathy medicines if it can solve this issue.

I have pimple like normal size round 1 appearance on my nose I don't know what is it it was at 16 years and it's continuing up to 19 years 7 months I don't have pain itch or redness please suggest me what is it and how to remove it with home made natural products my skin colour is black and I don't have more acne on my nose or cheeks and it is not so soft also I have very little small spores 4 0r 5 on my cheeks that so all thank u

Actually my nose is down from my childhood.so,i need surgery my nose and it's be a reshape.is any side effect of nose surgery?
