Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have consulted ent but they suggest surgery but i want to avoid as i think it is benign tumor, so can this be cured by homeopathy? please suggest and this swelling near my neck is not painful. This is what my report says for usg scan of the neck " a large left upper deep cervical solid cystic well circumscribed nodule of 5.5 into 3 into 4.5 CM is noted, along the posterior aspect of left carotid sheat, splaying the left carotid artery and internal jugular vein. It is mildly on Doppler interrogation. The neck vessels otherwise appear normal. No focal solid cystic lesson no significant cervical lymphadenopathy. Impression large left neck mass as described-s/o vagus nerve schwannoma"

I have fever. Temp rises and falls down. When I cough my back pains and there is no cough coming out. Running nose.

I have inflammation in my eyes from last month and from the same time I feel very light pain in my ears for couple of seconds oftem. Is there any connection between eye inflammation and ear problem?

My mother facing the problem since last two years of sudden Sneezing & Cold and this is happen in any season. Suddenly she start sneezing continuously so many times(5~12) and the nose jam. Due to nose jam, headache start and water comes from nose continuously . we tried so many doctors and all kind of medicine( alopathy, homeopathy, unani and now ayurved) in bhilai, but probable remains. During taking medicine she feels good but after medication problem comes back. She protect herself from cold all the time but suddenly start problem with lots of sneezing. plz suggest me the treatment.

I usually get canker sores , and it will go off within 2-3 days, I used to smoke , Is is very dangerous having canker sores ??

It's been long time there was blockage of my ear.I put ear drop as per the physian.but now its iching and headache is also there.
