Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

When i bend ,few water drops come from my right nose [3-5 drops normally] in 15 to 20 days time period.

I heard sound from my ear from the past two months doctor priscrpied me some medicine but all in vain please tell me what to do

I suffered from a sudden sensoneural hearing loss 6 months back, luckily my hearing came back to normal but the tinnitus is in both the ears Will my tinnitus go after some days or remain with me life long ? I can hear the sound as some signals in the brain.

I am having cough from last 2 months and a little bit pain in my throat from 2 days. Please suggest me something.

I have heaviness in my left ear and vibration or sensation in my head. When ever i go in any room or if i am in office i feel sensation or vibration in my head continuously. But if i am outside the home or office then i almost feel ok. I am facing this problem from last feb also i have allergy and sinus problem in my nose and after every two or three months i get cold issue. Please advise.

My throat remains sensitive to cold items and irritations during waking up. After having spicy food items also theres irritations and mucus also forms which comes out with cough

I had fever @102+ and mild coughing and headache. After administering Paracetamol and Cough syrup (CherryCof) for a day, the fever is maintained at around 100F and coughing has increased multifolds. Also the headache has increased. Eyes pain. Head pains while coughing.

When I wake up in morning my throat is sore with white mucus, dry mouth, dry lips,pain in teeth jaw and fatigue ,headache sometimes

My son 5 years now has always had runny nose which increased in winters and exposure to dust. He sleeps with his mouth open and snores. We have him treatment for allergic rhinitis for almost a year but the problem would reduce a bit...Never go off...And increase on exposure or on stopping the medicines. With recent ENT visit he took an x-ray but adenoids were not clearly seen in the image. He prescribed the same meds and asked to come back after 3 weeks in case the problem does not reduce for a surgery. I want to know if surgery is mandatory or it could be treated with meds?
