Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi Doctor, from few days having dry burning nose. With blood spots sometimes.. it happens due to more heat during summer. What are the solutions to avoid getting this..

I am 23 years old man but my voice sounds very immature and thin like a 15 years old boy.How to increase weight of my voice?...Is there any exercises or medicines to develop mature voice?...please solve the issue...

Running nose continuously, sleep apnea, weight loss, suddenly heavy running nose, low appetite, throat infection and swelling happened in any time.

I am 20 yes/F found a 1.5 cm tumor in upper cavity at the right side corner diagnosed to be mucoepidermoid carcinoma lower grade cancer and it was painless affected the ca hard palette tell e about how long it will take to higher grade and higher grade effects how the surgery will be done

Whenever i clean my nose i see blood in it. Also my i feel my right eye is geetting blurred although i have spects but i feels weak. Sometimes extreme pain in head above eye and sometimes at the back of head. Really cant sleep when it pains at back head.

Last 2 -3 days i am having pain in left nostril and feeling blockage and pain in left side of face. While chewing and leaning downwards feeling heavy on left side.

The problem of near armpit,chest part ache is acute and also throat and it's been started by few days I was also under medication of rheumatoid

My wife has headaches-heaviness in the head and pain in the nerve connecting ear to throat while having cold drinks or Curd or during travel or after having meals.. Allopathic doctor prescribed sinus medicines but after having medicine, she s having more headache. She has slight digestion problems also.. Feeling full after small meals..

I am  Suffering  from  cough  and cold for 1 week and pain in throat  while coughing and swallowing.

I woke up one day without a voice and had started a croupy cough. I had been experiencing jaw/chin pain and the feeling of being strangled near the thyroid area. I had an ultrasound of thyroid and it was normal. I had an ultrasound of soft tissue and enlarged nodes were found. Also, chest xray which showed pleural effusion. After antibiotics and CT scans, all was normal. I'm still having these issues. The doctor claimed it was due to allergies. I also have edema on my cheek, almost similar to a malar bag. Also, I experience burning sensations throughout my body. My thyroid area is tender to touch and my throat is as well. This all comes and goes. One day it will be bad, the next not so much. Any ideas? I'm losing my mind.
