Unilateral ear fullness.
Hello dr..myself venkat complains of unilateral rt sided ear fullness sensation and feeling like cold fluid in the ear since 45 days...it won't present through out the day, maximum during evening and night times..it will present around half an hour once started fullness sensation...Past/history:--nearly 6 months back i complain of same feeling in left ear but it subsides without any Tx...But again now it happens in right ear, this time it is more compare to previous episode... No h/o pain,ear discharge, swelling,fever,headache...but last two days onwards feeling cold(running nose), sneezing...                    So kindly suggest me Treatment... Thanking you...

this is ear infection. you need few antibiotics, anti allergics and some anti inflmatory drugs for the same .Take warm or hot drinks often – hot tea , hot coffee,hot Soups, hot milk.Avoid Fried/Oily foods like – Samosa, Dosa, Pakora, Papad, Namkeens, Potato Chips , Namkeens.Avoid Hotel Food, Avoid Fast food, Hamburgers, Pizza. Do not take any COLD drinks , cold water, ice cream, chilled food from refrigerator.Take soft foods like rice Gurrel (Khichdi), Plain daal, boiled vegetables.Avoid Chillies completely.Take plain warm water, Cocunut water, Enerzal in warm water.Avoid Cold Milk , Meat Products , Fried rice and noodles.Avoid Sour fruits like Citrus fruits, grapes.Avoid heavy meals, eat small frequent meals. Avoid Alcoholic drinks of all kinds like Beer, Wine,whisky,vodka etc.Warm saline gargles thrice daily.Steam inhalation thrice daily.Rest for 5 days
