Pressure/fullness in left ear
Pressure and feeling of fullness in one ear. No discharge. No pain. No hearing loss. When I cover my ear, the pressure feeling goes away. I don't swim. Previous history of fungal infection in the same ear 4 years back. Resolved successfully at that time.

You might be suffering from eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold. Even impacted wax can present with Similar symptoms. Treatment depends on the diagnosis
