Pressure/fullness in left ear
Pressure and feeling of fullness in one ear. No discharge. No pain. No hearing loss.

You might be suffering from eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold. Even impacted wax can present with Similar symptoms. Treatment depends on the diagnosis
