Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My nose in good shape i guess but when i smile my nostrils goes very wide and it look little bit that type which i don't want. i want my nostrils to be in that shape little bit when i am smiling not fully wide

My nose is in good shape but when is smile its becomes very wide and that look ugly to me how to grt ride of it or does i require rhinoplasty surgery for it

I am a patient of strep throat since 10 years . I was diagnosed for streptococcus bacterial 6 years back. Pus cells and swelling appear in my tonsils which in turn gives high fever. Till date I have had approx all antibiotics and clindamycin was last I had. I again have started pus cells growth in my left tonsils and high fever and body aches. I have been prescribed azee 500 oncle daily for 3 days and a symptomatic medicine for pain and fever. Can I increase the dosage period to 1 tab every 18 hours ??

I am having constant blocked nose,using nasal spray but not getting parmanent relief,and is using nasal spray for longer period harmfull
