Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

One of my friend is suffering from severe ear pain. He went for a doctor and the doctor said it is been weird inside the ear.

Some skin rashes on throat back side and tumer bodh side n its painy ...very it become larger from other part of throat

Throat pain;maybe tonsil Difficulty in swallowing saliva especially at night Unable to sleep because of pain

She has eosinophila and shes been coughing up blood the past few days. I would like to know if the coughing up blood is related to eosinophila or something else entirely. she also has an occassional sinus with bad immunity also

From last 15 days I'm suffering from continues cold and running nose.. I use coldact tablet if I suffer from cold.. but this time before using any tablet the side walls of nose became very hard and puss is coming sometimes puss is clotting. In the morning while cleaning nose mucus is also coming with blood.. now I used above said tablet.. the mucus became thicker but still not stopped to ooze out from my nose... Sometimes the side walls of my nose swells. Plz help me in this regard.

Suffering from this condition for the past 3 years.. it is recurring every 3 or 6 months.. is there any permanent solution for this other than surgery??

Doctor I feel a lump on the left side of my neck near to the Adam's Apple. It was paining sometimes. I also have pain on the left nose, ear and back of the head. What is it? Please reply

I fell dizzy all the time earlier it was when i used to go on height but now its even when i am on ground level. I t stared an year back after the earthquake. I was living on 10th floor and when i felt the earthquake i rushed down and since then i am facing this problem. Now i feel heavy head, pain in neck and spinning sensation even i am working on PC or lying down.

My age :27 , weight : 72 and height :174 I am having sneezing in the morning due to cold climate I think . Also I am having a head weight . If I blow my nose by blocking the nose holes with finger , I can hear a sound in an area near to nose . It is a sound like tick tick . Also that sound is coming when I am doing some work .is this a sinus infection ?Is it due to cold ?
