Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello Doctor, From past 3 days I have enlarged tonsils, which are painful and giving me troubles in swallowing food. I have been doing regular Gargills with Salt Water, but no relief. Yesterday night, I noticed I have white spots all over my tonsils, both of them. I am in a mode of shock because I have never seen anything like that. Please help and suggest me my condition. Is it normal or something to worry about. Thank you.
