I get a sore throat every time I drink something cold. It develops into a running nose and finally into a fever. It all cures by itself in 4 days. However I also have a headache and feel very tired in these 4 days. This problem is for the past 2 years. Why is this happening? I have a running nose now. What are the cures?

Right under my jaw on my right side it feels like there is a mass in the submandibular region. On the left said there is something similar to it but it is not nearly as swollen.
