Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My mother is suffering from otosclerosis from the last 4.5 years. She had a surgery also past 3 years in mumbai but she is having the same problem.

How to cure sinus or reduce inflammation , when ever am exposed to cold I start getting fever, Block nose and common cold I get evertime

I've been feeling tightness in face along with some heaviness in neck and lower head from 7 days.I think my jaw bone is also paining.And the area below the eye is also in discomfort. The pain is only presents in right side.Its very discomforting in nature. After 7 days the face tightness is subsidized but I am feeling dizzy when I move around.I can feel pain when i press right side of neck. What It could be ?

I am having throat from past 1 week near Adam's apple.. I am not having problem while eating or drinking.

My nose is in good shape but when i smile it becomes to wide and it looks ugly to mee what should i do to get rid if it . should i go for rhinoplasty i also shared my nose picture

My right nostril is swollen (at the base) and is very painful. Not sure if it's a boil because there's also an itching sensation. This has been there for 2-3 days and earlier it used to ache only if I touched the affected area but now it hurts all the time. Please advise.

Sore throat from 2-3 years consulted many doc. but no help. They give antibiotics and it helps only for a week or two and the problem repeats.
