Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I m having sinusitus problem. I am suffering from this problem from last 4 years..And it happens both in summer and winter..It means 365 days. Can u please help me out?

Small pimple inside the ear. Inside ear canal on the upper side of skin causing pain. What should I do to recover ?

First nose block started and then after snoring. Snoring problem is becoming severe day by day. Problem occurred after I started going to gym and gained a healthy weight. My weight is approx 61 kgs on a height of 165 cm.
