From past 7 years i am snoring while sleeping, now it worsen than before. Please suggest me best treatment to stop snoring completely.

Are you overWeight ? Is your BP normal ? Any Nasal Bloackage ? Or deviated septum? What's your lipid profile ? Any acidity problem ? Any Bronchitis or cough ? Any other illness ?
