Vomiting Sensation during Travelling

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Daily I am travelling 4 hours from bus and due to this I am Feeling Vomit Sensation and Headache and Weakness also. I am having Cough problem also from more than a year. Please Suggest some remedies.
