Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Yesterday night, my nose got blocked and upper chest looked really congested. having slight breathing problem also. Could not sleep at all because of same.

Sir I have visited your clinic for throat pain but u told that time don't worry u don't have any major problem but inside the throat right side I have a small hole what was that I'm scared please give any suggestions

I get frequent cold and they last for atleast 7 days. This increases during winters. I am constantly scared of having cold stuff like ice cream, cold water, etc because it causes cold to me. Can you please help me out to get rod of this problem?

Pain in right side head and ear and neck started 3 days and when i apply pressure on neck the pain reduces.
