Have a transparent Blister under my toungue . Comes in a while bursts then comes again . Is not painful .

You might be having retention cyst in the floor of the mouth or under surface of tongue. Usually it arises due to obstruction to the opening of mucous producing glands. Examination is necessary to confirm the diagnosis. If diagnosis is proved simple excision or marsupalization of cyst under local anesthesia might be required
