Blister in my uvula since 8months

I can see white blister (Chhala)in my uvula from past few months I feel tonsil pain sometimes when I eat sour hot cold things. Is it matter of worry what does it caused

Avoid sour food
Aply tess plus zyte locally in night and after breakfast for 5 days
U can swallow saliva which wont harm u
Take bcomplex once daily
If constipation occur take medicine to relive it
