Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi I am 27 yrs old I am having kind of allergy I guess of sneezing from last 2-3 months.whenever I start shifting from cold to hot environment or hot to cold environment sneezing get started and at night when I get asleep and wake up in morning one side nose get blocked and running nose get started.I was thinking that this happens due to cold but this is happening from last 2-3 months.The medicine i took was Montear LC but that give relief for sometime.please suggest permanent solution for this

Im 18yrs old. Last night when i had dinner in mess since something stuck in my throat. 2-3days ago i found iron filing in my plate. I think it is iron filing.it is too hurting.i drank4-5litres of water, ate bread, 3 bananas. But it isnt going down. Now i ate lunch. It is still stuck i have feeling. Plzz help me what to do.im feared.

Started paining in my right ear..from last night..while i was having eaching from last 1week after i starded my swimming classess

I am having dizziness, it may be because of virtigo... Sometimes I am feeling fine and after that I'll feel dizziness and my eyes have heavyness.
