Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been getting sore throats from the past 7 years with white crystals from somewhere behind the tonsils.My throat swab report says I have E Coli organism present.So the doctor had given me Clavam 625.Still the white particles have continued to appear,now the doctor said its keratosis.So is an endoscopy required to investigate further? Plz help

I have been suffering from the Sneezing, runny nose, headache, water coming from ears problems since years. Tried Allopathy, Homeopathy medicine, but none of them works.

Continuously having cold and cant able to breath while sleeping continous sneezing and blowing of air with saliva in the form of semi solid, and also feel to tired due to continuous sneezing

I have throat infection. Taking mahacef 200. Feeling better. But sneezing and running nose. Cetrizine not giving respite. Can I take cheston cold with mahacef 200.
