Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I think I inhale a bug in my nose what should I do visit a doctor or not . Is it good to not to consult a doctor or or I should visit someone

Viral fever, sore throat, unable to swallow, headache, since 2 days, i had livofloxin and dolo 650 mg paracetamol

Constant pain from last two days, pain is unbearable. Outer eyer is paining, has swelling and has turned red.

I constantly suffer from left ear being blocked and allergic cold. The blocked ear and cold leads to throat pain and constant irritation such that i am unable to concentrate on anything. An ent specialist told me that there is a bend in the passage of my nose leading to this problem. And the only way out is to surgically correct the bend. Is this true? Also, there is constant itching at various places and i wonder is this because of allergy that is being caused by my condition? Lorinol 10 mg when prescribed temporarily betters my condition. Also,Montek LC betters my cold condition. Please advise.

My mom diagnosed with tsh 98 before 3 months So doctor told her to use 100mg Recently when diagnosed again it was o.o98 So she thought it has reduced & stopped taking the medication There was no improvement in her condition so we took her to the tests & this time the level has exceeded 150.
