Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I've been suffering from ear pain last 4; days,w henever i eat something i cant open my mouth fully because of pain,firstly i think its a mouth problem but now i think that its a ear problem,what can i do,

Deafness ,hearing issue ,too loud speaking can be heard otherwise it's take thrice to hear and whenever have cold ears are blocked

Sir I am having problem of throat infection 5days before i have consult with a doctor and took some medicine but i am having some wounds in back side of throat which is very painful for me due to which Iam not able to eat or drink anything. and today while Iam doing gargel with warm water i see some blood in my split. please help me and suggest me

Persistent throat infection with blood in spit regularly on brushing rear end of tongue. Irritation in throat as well. Mild fever and fatigue lately. Reasonably fit individual and not had such a issue for a long time so was hoping body will self heal, but this time seems some severe infection. My ear is paining from yesterday .then I went to the local shop and brought a medicine nise tab and ciflox D ear drop ..bt drop is not entering properly ..I had laid down by 15 minutes..bt the drop was outside...Is there any issues for this why drop is not entering..
